The challenge
Run a credible daily intelligence publication — ingestion, topic selection, research, bilingual writing, editorial review, publication, feeds — without hiring a newsroom.
What we deployed
An ingest-to-publish pipeline: roughly 88 sources across 20 domains are polled, deduplicated and scored; the highest-value topics are researched and written in Traditional Chinese and English; a review gate (with a human-controlled publish flag) releases articles to the site and to RSS/JSON feeds that other agents consume.
The outcome
The publication has run unattended in production since 2025, publishing daily in two languages. The same engine now powers Seges Newsroom and the Intelligence Desk for clients — and the live headlines on this site's homepage are drawn from it.
