The challenge
Run a credible daily intelligence publication — ingestion, topic selection, research, bilingual writing, editorial review, publication, feeds — without hiring a newsroom.
What we deployed
An ingest-to-publish pipeline: roughly 88 sources across 20 domains are polled, deduplicated and scored; the highest-value topics are researched and written in Traditional Chinese and English; a review gate (with a human-controlled publish flag) releases articles to the site and to RSS/JSON feeds that other agents consume.
The outcome
The publication ran unattended in production from 2025 through this site's infrastructure migration, publishing daily in two languages. The same engine powers Seges Newsroom and the Intelligence Desk for clients; news.seges.ai's own public feed has been paused since that migration.
